How fast is shipping to Australia?
Your order includes free FedEx shipping with delivery in 5-7 business days. All duties and taxes are already included, so there will be no additional charges. ShotKam LLC is headquartered in Florida, USA, where your order will be shipped from, but we have additional international online stores in Australia, Canada, Ireland, and the United Kingdom. Thanks to our AU business number and tax ID, all import taxes are already included in the ShotKam Camera price, so no additional charges will apply. The price is in Australian Dollars (A$) and includes free shipping and all GST.
Can you ship to New Zealand?
Yes, we can ship to New Zealand from this website. All NZ import taxes are already included in the ShotKam Camera price, then shipping is calculated at Checkout. You can complete payment in New Zealand Dollars (NZ$) at Checkout.
Two (2) Year Warranty: If any technical issue arises within two years of purchase, please email us at support@shotkam.com for a Return Authorization Form. The warranty is non-transferable and remains solely with the original buyer who purchased on ShotKam's online website directly. It does not transfer if the camera is sold to a new buyer. The warranty is linked with the buyer's name and email address.

What's the difference between Gen 3 and Gen 4?
Our Gen 3 was released a few years ago and is our Full HD model. It's perfect for new shooters looking to get started. It has all the patented ShotKam features: the automatic video-recording, adjustable crosshair, shock-absorption, and more. It has built-in WiFi and is priced at A$799. We will continue servicing the Gen 3 for many years.
The new Gen 4 is the upgraded version with 4K video resolution, 2x faster WiFi, 3x the battery life (up to 15 hours), and continues to record in sub-freezing temperatures. If you share your videos on social media, have long-days at the range, or hunt in sub-freezing conditions, then we would recommend this model. It is priced at A$999. Shop Gen 4 here.
Can I mount it onto other barrels?
Yes, shop our accessories: Click here. Your purchase includes a 12 Gauge mount, but you can shop additional attachments for $79 each. Available options include 20 Gauge, 28 Gauge, .410, 12 and 20 Gauge Side-by-Side, and a Rail Mount. You can also mount the ShotKam to a bow using the Bow Mount, which replaces a stabilizer.
